These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Pacific Beach Laundry Co Corp, doing business as Pacific Beach Laundry Co. ("we," "us," or "our"), located at 4977 Cass Street, San Diego, CA 92109. By using our self-service laundromat, wash & fold, pickup & delivery, or Laundromat Consulting services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

We offer:

• Self-service laundry (coin-free, app or card operated)
• Wash & Fold drop-off service
• Pickup & Delivery service
• Laundromat Consulting (paid 45-minute sessions booked via Square Appointments)

Pricing & Payment

• Wash & Fold drop-off: $1.89/lb (next day), $2.19/lb (same day). $25 order minimum.
• Pickup & Delivery: $2.19/lb (next day), $2.59/lb (same-day pickup & delivery). $45 order minimum.
• Pricing is based on dry weight and is subject to change. Current pricing is always listed on our website.
• Payment is due at time of service unless otherwise arranged.

Turnaround Times

Standard turnaround is 24 hours. Same-day service is available for wash & fold when dropped off by the applicable cutoff time, and for same-day pickup & delivery as scheduled. Turnaround times are estimates and may vary due to order volume or circumstances outside our control.

Care of Items

We take care in handling every order. However:

• We are not responsible for items left in pockets prior to washing.
• We recommend separating delicate, non-machine-washable, or specialty-care items and noting special instructions at drop-off or booking.
• We are not liable for damage to items that were not properly identified as requiring special care.
• Our liability for any lost or damaged item is limited to the reasonable value of the item, and in no case will exceed [insert your preferred cap, e.g., ten times the cost of cleaning that item], consistent with standard laundry industry practice.

Pickup & Delivery

• Customers must provide a safe, accessible location for pickup and delivery.
• We are not responsible for items left unattended at a delivery location after drop-off confirmation has been sent.
• Missed pickups due to customer unavailability may be rescheduled and may incur an additional fee.

Cancellations

Pickup & Delivery appointments may be canceled or rescheduled by contacting us prior to the scheduled pickup window. Laundromat Consulting sessions follow the cancellation policy set at time of booking through Square Appointments.

Facility Use (Self-Service)

Customers using self-service machines agree to use equipment as intended and are responsible for supervising their own laundry and belongings while on premises. We are not responsible for items left unattended in the facility.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pacific Beach Laundry Co Corp is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of San Diego County, California.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
