What Laundry Pickup & Delivery Actually Looks Like

Most people who book laundry pickup and delivery aren't avoiding the laundromat — they're avoiding the two hours it takes. You pick a window online, leave your bag by the door or hand it to us in the lobby, and get a text the moment it's collected. Everything is washed, dried, and folded at our Cass Street location on commercial Speed Queen machines, then delivered back within 24 hours, or the same day if we pick it up before noon.

Who uses it most

Three groups, mostly. Households in Pacific Beach and Mission Beach where in-unit laundry either doesn't exist or means quarters and a shared machine down the hall. Vacation rental hosts working against same-day turnovers in 92109 and 92107. And people who set a recurring weekly pickup and simply stop thinking about laundry. Condo residents in La Jolla and Bird Rock tend to land in the first group too — plenty of those buildings have limited laundry access, if any.

Pricing and minimums, plainly

Pickup and delivery is $2.79 per pound next-day and $2.99 per pound same-day, with a $45 minimum. Forty-five dollars comes out to roughly sixteen pounds — about two full loads for most households, or a week of laundry for a couple. If your load is lighter than that, dropping off for wash & fold at $2.09 per pound is usually the better value.

Where we deliver

We cover the beach communities: Pacific Beach (92109), Mission Beach (92109), Ocean Beach (92107), La Jolla and Bird Rock (92037), and Bay Park (92117). We're a neighborhood operation rather than a citywide fleet, and that's deliberate. Keeping the radius tight is how we actually hold a 24-hour turnaround instead of promising one and missing it.
