Laundromat FAQ

Our facility is coinless. You can pay via the LaundryCat app or use a Laundroworks card from our kiosk (accepts cash/credit/Apple Pay). Simply load credit, tap your phone or card on the machine, and select your cycle.

Pacific Beach Laundry is not responsible for items or detergent left unattended. However, we do have a lost and found. Please check with an attendant or visit the store as soon as possible.

Yes! We have two massive 80 lb washers and five 55 lb dryer stacks specifically designed for king-size comforters and oversized rugs.

Wash and Fold Questions

We weigh your laundry using professional-grade scales upon arrival at our facility. For drop-off orders, we weigh the dry laundry at the counter so you know the price immediately.

Yes, there is a 10 lb minimum for all in-store wash and fold orders. Orders under 10 lbs will be charged at the minimum rate.

We track every order with a strict check-in/check-out process. If you believe an item is missing, please contact us within 24 hours. Note: We are not responsible for items lost due to pre-existing damage or small items left in pockets.

No we do not. 

Pickup and Delivery Questions

Our laundry delivery service has a 45 lb minimum. You can still send less, but you will be billed for 45 lbs.

We highly recommend choosing a secure drop-off location. Pacific Beach Laundry is not responsible for orders once they have been delivered to your specified porch or doorstep.

No. Most customers leave their laundry in a bag at their front door. We will text you when we have picked it up and again once it has been delivered fresh and folded.

Easy! Just click on the Schedule a Pickup button and follow the instructions. 

When placing your order online, you'll find a section labeled 'Preferences' where you can list the tasks you'd like us to perform with every laundry service. Additionally, there's a 'Special Laundry Instructions' section for requests specific to the current order, such as spot treating a stain on an item.

No, you don't. You can cancel at any time. 

When you place your order, we will ask for your credit card information. Your card will not be charged until your order is complete. 

We recommend putting your laundry in a laundry bag or a trash bag that cinches closed. 

You can suspend your account until you return from your vacation. Just log into your account and put your service on hold until you return. 

Commercial Laundry

Commercial accounts qualify for volume-based pricing that is often lower than residential rates. This is reserved for businesses with consistent, high-capacity needs.

Absolutely. We offer flexible cycles (daily, weekly, or bi-weekly) and custom wash profiles to meet the specific sanitation standards of your industry.

Unlike residential orders which are paid at the time of service, commercial accounts can take advantage of flexible monthly invoicing for easier bookkeeping.
